I wanted to let you know about the phenomenal customer service experience I had at Enterprise here in Clinton yesterday and today. The keyboard on my laptop stopped working. I brought it in yesterday and the gentleman at the counter was so helpful. It is relatively new, purchased a few months ago at Best Buy. He looked it over and I ended up leaving it with him because he thought it was a software update issue, which turned out to be correct. They called me today to let me know it was finished – very quick turnaround! Then I asked them to put some kind of virus protection on it. The asked for just an extra hour to complete that.

Rich, for those of us that are not tech savvy, taking your computer in to be serviced can be a scary experience. We are ripe to be taken advantage of. Not only does your staff provide exceptional customer service, they can be trusted. This is not simply good business practice, it is a service to the community. I cannot tell you how many people come in and ask about their computers when we are speaking about online banking. It is a pleasure and a relief to be able to refer them to your crew down the street. So, on behalf of myself, and the community, I want to say thank you.
